China Kingho Ningxia News (Zhang Ning) on August 21, Tian Zhenjiang, Vice Chairman of People's Political Consultative Conference of Ningxia Autonomous Region, led 15 people, including Deputy County Mayor of Tongxin County, to inspect and direct the work in Weier Coal Mine of Ningxia Kingho Group, while Guo Jinghua, General Manager of Ningxia Group and Leader of Coal Mine Preparation Team, and Qiu Shaobo, Deputy Team Leader accompanied the inspection throughout the whole journey.
    During the inspection process, General Manager Guo Jinghua led the Vice Chairman of People's Political Consultative Conference and his party to inspect the informationization dispatching command system of the north mine, driving machine system of main shaft and hoister lifting and transportation system of auxiliary shaft. During the inspection, General Manager Guo Jinghua gave detailed introduction on the current construction and coal bed storage of the coal mine, as well as the conditions which may affect the construction speed of the coal mine due to the difficulties in applying for various types of certificates.
    Vice Chairman Tian Zhenjiang said that great importance should be attached to the safety management of coal mine, bravely face the existing difficulties of the enterprise, and actively coordinate with all levels of government to accelerate the speed on applying for certificates, and accelerate the pace of construction to reach the target output and improve the efficiency.
